This video showcases House #6119, our first Wheaton plan. While this isn’t your exact home, here are the key differences in the floorplan layout (all finishes are different) for your version:

• The microwave will be in a traditional placement rather than in the island.

• The refrigerator will include a small pantry end cabinet for extra storage.

• The kitchen window will be 3 feet wide instead of 4 feet.

• The laundry room includes space to hang clothes above the washer and dryer instead of a cabinet insert.

Kitchen

Classic Maple cabinets with Almond stain and Vicksburg doors throughtout the home, including the island. This kitchen is filled with upgraded features and smart storage solutions. Above the sink, three feet of windows flood the space with natural light, making the heart of the home bright and welcoming. The Kohler Dickinson white cast iron enamel sink is a standout upgrade, adding both beauty and durability.

Organization is effortless with a pull-out cookie sheet tray, a pull-out canister set with a built-in knife block next to the stove, and a built-in silverware tray conveniently located to the left of the dishwasher. The microwave is positioned above the stove for everyday convenience, while the tall 8" deep tall cabinet beside the fridge helps you maximize kitchen storage—perfect for brooms, cleaning supplies, or canned goods.

We’ve selected San Lauro Quartz for this home — a timeless, neutral surface chosen by our designer after carefully reviewing all of our available options. Of course, you may have your own style preferences. You can choose a different Quartz color or select one of our beautiful laminate countertops instead.

If you want a Cambria choice Tourquay is a particularly nice match as it has hues of tan and grey that will match your cainets, paint and fixtures.

Kitchen Island

The island takes functionality even further. Closest to the dishwasher and sink, there’s a pull-out cleaning door with a built-in paper towel holder. Facing the living room, a pull-out snack door keeps grab-and-go items handy. A large pull-out trash and recycle bin are neatly integrated, and in the center you’ll find two oversized drawers for pots and pans plus a stack of three additional drawers for everything else.

Faucets

Moen Sleek kitchen and laundry faucets, Moen GIbson Brushed Nickel bathroom facuets and an upgraded master shower with handheld and Moen 7" versa showerhead in the master shower. Gibson faucets in the 1st bathroom (smaller).

It includes two sets of built-in shoe shelf configurations—perfect for shoes on the bottom with folded clothes above—plus a double pole running the full length of the closet.
