CDL: Clay Center, KS
Truck operator and common general labor to set homes. Most likely driving a winch truck to homeowners land through Kansas and Nebraska. Daily per diem for food and hotel expenses. Zero to 3 nights away during work week, and possibly Saturdays with overtime. Possibly 1-2 visit to plains of Colorado per year. Contact Ronnie

Receptionist: Clay Center, KS
We’re looking for an organized, dependable Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to manage incoming calls, mail and deliveries while providing general administrative and project support. This position also assists with new home files, plans, documents and communication with customers, employees and contractors.
 

General Carpenter: Clay Center, KS 
Two full time positions available. Helps with framing, installing exterior trim and siding. Contact Ronnie

Framer: Minden, NE
Builds the framing of a home including the floor framing and wall framing. This includes installing load bearing walls, studs and headers for doors and windows. Contact Jeff.

Finish Trim Carpenter: Minden, NE

Installs baseboards, crown molding and and and window casings. Hangs interior doos and built-ins. Hangs cabinets. Makes precise cuts, tightens joints and cleans finishes. Must be skilled. Contact Jeff.

Moving Crew/General Labor: Clay Center, KS 

Spend more time at home! Overnights in primarily rural areas of KS & NE with occasional trips to the plains of CO. Steady wages with hotel stays paid for on the road with a pier diem—guaranteed salary. Due to the nature of our business, homes can not be moved in inclement weather, resulting in many weeks/months of paid time off over the course of a year. No vaccination is required.
