The island is has 6 stacked drawers, with 2 false doors on each side for a flawless and cohesive look Two pot drawers on the side facing the stove for easy access. There will be 3 Kicher Everly pendants with seeded glass above the island.

Another detail that elevates the entire space is the use of finished end panels on both the upper and lower cabinets throughout the kitchen and coffee bar. Instead of seeing the exposed cabinet box sides typical in many homes, these panels create a fully finished, furniture-quality look from every angle. The cabinetry appears more substantial, more intentional, and more refined—much like a custom piece of built-in furniture rather than standard cabinetry. The backsplash in this home uses Emser Raku White Matte tile, a tile chosen for its handcrafted character and subtle movement. Unlike flat, lifeless tiles, the Raku series has a slightly pillowed edge and gentle variation, giving the wall texture and depth as light moves across it.

To elevate the design, the tile layout becomes part of the visual story. The tile will begin installed vertically along the lower section, then transition horizontally across the main backsplash area up to the window, before being repeated again in a vertical pattern above. The coordinated stain across windows, trim, cabinetry, and doors creates a cohesive, high-end aesthetic that feels thoughtful, timeless, and undeniably custom. We chose the Kwikset Milan lever handle in black instead of a traditional round knob for both style and function. The clean, modern lever design gives the doors a more updated architectural look while also being much easier to use—especially when your hands are full. It’s a small detail that makes a big difference, adding a subtle upgrade you’ll appreciate every day.

Master Suite

This suite features a 7' x 4' Onyx whit shower. A spacious 4" shelf runs the full width of the shower, giving you abundant room for shampoos, soaps, and body wash. Perfectly paired with the built-in 16" bench, it creates a comfortable, accessible space that adapts to your needs over time. You'll also have an ultra wide recessed caddy on the back wall for addtional storage. The shower door will be semi framelss with a fixed panel and black handles.

In the laundry room, we introduced Express Taupe painted cabinetry to beautifully complement the Knotty Alder cabinets in Pecan stain found in the kitchen and bathrooms. While the laundry cabinets are painted rather than Alder, the carefully selected Taupe tone was chosen because it pairs perfectly with the deeper undertones of the Pecan Alder.

This thoughtful pairing allows the spaces to feel coordinated without repeating the exact same cabinetry, creating a look that feels fresh, layered, and intentionally designed. The painted finish keeps the laundry room feeling light and refined, while still connecting visually to the rich warmth of the Alder wood elsewhere in the home.

It’s a subtle design decision that brings balance and sophistication, proving that even hardworking spaces like the laundry room deserve the same level of thoughtful design as the kitchen.15). The color change adds a modern design element while still keeping the home cohesive.

Your laundry room will feature the Blanco Quatrus stainless steel sink, designed with an extra-deep 12-inch bowl that easily handles soaking clothes, rinsing muddy boots, washing pets, or filling large buckets. Paired with the sink is the black Moen Genta pull-down sprayer faucet, the same beautiful faucet used in the kitchen, creating a cohesive and elevated look throughout the home.
