Lighting

Wardcraft offers a range of Kichler fixtures in brushed nickel, black and natural brass for a cohesive look in every room.

Designer Tip: Use the Nikor Disk lights throughout your kitchen, living room AND closets. Add 1-2 above your master shower, 1 above guest shower. Consider adding at least 1-2 to your master bathroom in addition to the vanity light. Add 1-2 in small closets and 2-3 in walk-in closets. Use at least 2 in a walk-in pantry. Add at least 4 to your living room and 6-7 to a kitchen. On small islands 2 pendants will work, on large islands you'll want 3. Add 2 lights going down your staircase. Add them to your hallway also.  

Dimmers. Consider adding them on living room, kitchen, pendant and chandalier lights. Look at your electrical power and lighting page on your floorplans to finalize all of this. All of our inventory homes have these standard.

Motion switches: Include them in your pantry and larger walk-in closets for ease.

Exhaust fans. Do you want them directly outside the shower? Or do you prefer them centered between the toilet and shower? 

Light switches & Outlets. Consider where you may want them. Though outlets are placed per code, you may want extras for a vacuum. Think about where you may want to store it or have a smart vacuum placed for charging. Do you want outlets in your pantry? Consider where your coffee bar or beverage fridge may go. Add USB outlets in your coffee bar, kitchen and laundry.
