This varies from 6141 in Clay Center with some minor details and all finishes. The kitchen island will feature a XX detail on the sides and have encased seating under the island. The pocket doors have switched to swing doors in the master walk-in closet and from the bathroom going from laundry in to bath #2. Bedrooms #2 and #3 will have a half closet of shoe shelf detail which features shorter shelves on the bottom and taller on top vs 1/3 of the closet. This one also has space for a small refrigerator inthe coffee bar area, where house #6141 has drawers in that area.
