McPherson III House #6118

This home will be a semi repeat of 6093, which you can view in Clay Center now. By our open house on Sat March 29th 6093 will be completed including Quartz countertops. This is a rare chance to tour through a very simliar home, don't miss it!

What's different than 6093? We have taken out the half bath and expanded the laundry room. to give expanded cabinet and countertop space. The Bedrooms will all have a new shelving detail so there are double poles, single pole and built in shelves in bedroom #2 and #3's closets. The kitchen island will be much larger with built ins. You'll have two 24" drawers of spice racks, a cutlery drawer with built in and 30" sivlerware drawer. You'll also have a cleaning supply pull out, a cookie sheet pull out and a utensil pull out. The window in the kitchen will be enlarged to take advantage of your view and be an awning window you can keep open in the rain. There will be storage added to the end of where your fridge goes for a bonus pantry space.

The master gets an upgraded Onyx shower (though 6093 will show an Onyx shower also). The siding will be light grey (if you purchase this house by the end of March you can change the color). With white trim, facia and drip edge. You'll also get disk lighting throughout your home, including in the smaller closets. We've added an extra outlet in the laundry and one in the broom closet for vacuum cleaners. The closets get lighting in all rooms. The large master closet will have a motion light as will the pantry.

Kichler Barrington lights will be throughout the home including the chandelier, bathrooms and pendant lights (see below).

What's the same as 6093? You'll still get Pella Lifestyle casement windows stained Frontier on the interior and black on the exterior the cabinets will remain Alder with Frontier stain the island will change to Accessible Beige. You'll have a fabulous coffee bar space full of cabinets and an open space down below in the middle for a beverage fridge (outlet will be there) or keep it open for a pet feeding area that is tucked away.

Alder Craftsman trim will be throughout with wood wrapped bathroom mirrors. With the same solid core Alder 3 panel doors which are magnificant. The trim will be stained to match the Frontier cabinets.

This house will have all rocker and decora upgraded switches. The electrical will be different than 6093 with all the added disk lights. The electrical layout is shown on the pdf floorplan page. As well as drawings of what the island and kitchen will look like.

What you get to choose: Your farmhouse sink, countertops (choose laminate or Quartz or have them installed on-site), faucets, tile, onyx bathroom vanity and shower color. We will have suggestions incase you would prefer not to make those decisons. Like Emser Passion tile in Blanco for the tile, Quartz Newport (cheaper) or Quartz Ironsbridge for the countertops. We will make a laminate suggestion also. We will post pictures.
