Designer tips: This home is fabulous as is. Minor changes that could be made would include: add ceiling disk lights throughout. Add a second outlet to the coffee bar, one with usb for media charging. To the left of the oven use a stack of 2 drawers vs 3 for pots and pans, the island provides plenty of 3 drawer stacks. Be sure the laundry shelving above the sink is even with the cubbies (this was a last minute change made that would not be reflected on the floorplans).
