Your kitchen will layout like this with the same lighting and tile. Appliances and flooring are on-site by others (so choose your own),

This is the plan. If there’s one home you’re certain to adore, this is it.

A spacious kitchen island anchors the heart of the home, while the butler’s pantry offers built-in cabinetry and shelving to keep everything beautifully organized. Just beyond, a large laundry room features additional built-in shelving and a convenient half bath.

The primary suite continues the thoughtful design with a 72" × 42" Onyx shower with a hand wand, built-in ultra-wide caddy, bench, and a 4" shelf—creating a spa-like space designed for everyday comfort.

Call us today at 1-888-927-3272. Your search for the perfect home may have just come to an end. Tour a similar home in Minden (#6177) and Clay Center (#6170) until mid October. This is a one of a kind opportunity to see your home before it is built! This will be ready by spring and is available to be moved after our spring open house (most likely in April, thus end of April or May delivery. This is HUGE it is a rare spot on our production line to get a spring home). Note: The flooplan pages currently show horizontal and vertical tile, yours will be horizontal as shown below. For your convenience, some changes from previous plans have been highlighted.

Rustic Beech cabinets with Frontier stain and Classic Bristol doors throughout the kitchen and bathrooms. Emser Raku White Glossy 3x12" tile in a vertical and horizontal pattern. Sherwin Williams Duration flat paint (upgrade) throughout the house and Cambria Whitendale Quartz!

Kitchen

Cabinets

The cabinets are Rustic Beech with a Frontier stain and Bristol doors in the kitchen and on the island.

Beech is known as one of the harder cabinet woods, making it an excellent choice for kitchens that see daily use. Its strength helps resist dents and wear, so the cabinetry maintains its beauty for years to come.

What truly sets Rustic Beech apart is its character. The wood naturally features varied grain movement, subtle mineral streaks, and small knots, giving each door and drawer front a unique personality. Rather than a perfectly uniform look, Rustic Beech adds depth and warmth, bringing a sense of authenticity and craftsmanship to the space.

Paired with the rich Frontier stain, the grain becomes even more pronounced, highlighting the natural beauty of the wood while creating a warm, inviting tone that anchors the kitchen.

The Bristol door style, with its clean lines and timeless proportions, keeps the design balanced—allowing the character of the wood to shine while maintaining a refined, tailored look.

The low-profile, all-wood design gives a cohesive, furniture-quality appearance that feels custom-crafted. It’s a look that’s elegant, enduring, and undeniably Wardcraft.

Notice how even the refrigerator is encased for a more upgraded, built-in look and feel, including a decorative end panel to the left of the refrigerator. In fact, all of your exposed cabinet end panels will be finished to look like the cabinetry, rather than simply having a flat panel—one of those small details that gives the entire home a more polished, custom feel..

Above the kitchen sink, a large window with double casements lets in generous natural light and frames your outdoor view, bringing the beauty of the outdoors right into the heart of the home. We’ve enlarged this window from previous models, opening up more of the outside view and flooding your kitchen with natural light.

And then there’s the butler’s pantry the hidden gem of this kitchen. In fact, it’s so exceptional it deserves a section of its own… and trust us, you’ll want to read all about it.

To the left of your stove, you’ll find a convenient set of four drawers, ideal for oven mitts and everyday utensils. On the right two deep pot drawers provide easy storage for cookware — a feature consistently loved by our homeowners. To the left of your dishwasher you will have a 30" built in wood silverware tray divider. To the right of the sink is a 24" trashcan/recycle with a drawer above it.

Quartz

Cambria Whitendale Quartz in the kitchen, butlers pantry and laundry.
Cambria Whitendale Quartz in the kitchen, butlers pantry and laundry.

Throughout the kitchen, butler’s pantry, and laundry, you’ll find Cambria Whitendale quartz, a surface chosen not only for its beauty but for its enduring performance. At Wardcraft, we design homes for a lifetime of convenience—not simply the sale, and the materials we select reflect that philosophy.

Whitendale features a soft white base layered with elegant gray veining, creating a timeless look that pairs beautifully with the warmth of Rustic Beech cabinetry. It offers the sophisticated appearance of natural stone while providing the reliability and ease of modern quartz.

Cambria quartz is non-porous, meaning it resists stains, bacteria, and moisture—no sealing required. It’s exceptionally durable for the everyday demands of a busy kitchen, from meal preparation to family gatherings, while maintaining its beauty year after year.

What truly sets Cambria apart is the company’s full lifetime warranty, making it one of the most trusted surfaces in the industry. It’s a reflection of the same philosophy we follow at Wardcraft: choosing materials that will serve homeowners well long after move-in day.

Because when we design a home, we’re not simply thinking about today—we’re thinking about how it will live, perform, and bring you joy for decades to come.

Sink

Kohler Vault K-3943-NA stainless steel farmhouse sink and Moen Genta pulldown sprayer kitchen faucet.
Kohler Vault K-3943-NA stainless steel farmhouse sink and Moen Genta pulldown sprayer kitchen faucet.

We love Kohler sinks, and this one is a perfect example of why. The Kohler Vault K-3943-NA Farmhouse Sink combines the timeless look of an apron-front sink with the durability and easy care of premium 18-gauge stainless steel.

At an impressive 35½ inches wide with a 9-inch-deep single bowl, there’s plenty of uninterrupted space for oversized pots, baking sheets and everyday cleanup. Tightly angled corners maximize usable bowl space, while the rear-positioned drain creates more working room in the sink and additional storage space in the cabinet below.

The sleek undermount design keeps the countertop looking clean and uncluttered, while the exposed stainless-steel apron gives the kitchen a beautiful architectural focal point.

It’s beautiful, hardworking and built for real life—exactly what we want in a Wardcraft kitchen.

A single-bowl sink has become the preferred choice in modern kitchens because it offers maximum workspace. Without a divider in the middle, you can easily wash large pots, baking sheets, cutting boards, and roasting pans—something that can be frustrating with traditional divided sinks. It’s a small design decision that makes everyday kitchen tasks noticeably easier.

The sink is crafted from high-quality stainless steel, prized for its durability and practicality. Stainless steel resists staining, heat, and corrosion, while also being naturally hygienic and easy to maintain. It’s a surface that performs just as well years from now as it does on day one—perfect for kitchens that see real daily use. Paired with the sleek **Moen Genta Pullout Kitchen Faucet—also featured in the laundry room—the result is a workstation that combines thoughtful design with lasting performance.

At Wardcraft, every detail is selected with the same philosophy: quality that enhances daily living and stands the test of time. Because the best kitchens aren’t just beautiful the day you move in—they’re designed to serve you well for a lifetime.

Left: Butlers pantry close up this is what your tile detail around windows will look like. Right: Kitchen section with your cabinets, Quartz and tile.

Completing the look, the backsplash features Emser Raku White Glossy tile installed in a classic horizontal brick pattern. In the kitchen, the tile extends above and around the window, creating a beautiful, continuous flow that elevates the entire space. Each tiled window is finished with a slim, rounded Jolly edge trim, giving the openings a clean, refined and custom-built appearance.

This same tile continues into the butler’s pantry and laundry room, creating a cohesive design that flows beautifully throughout the home. In the laundry room, the tile extends from the countertop to the top of the hanging-clothes shelfand continues above the washer and dryer. Beyond looking beautiful, this tiled surface also helps protect the wall from moisture and damp clothing hung to dry, making it easy to wipe clean while keeping the space looking fresh.

It’s a thoughtful combination of beauty and practicality—adding texture, shine and continuity while protecting the hardworking areas of your home.

You’ll have eight LED disk lights for general lighting and three pendants on a separate switch, allowing you to create just the right atmosphere — a brightly lit space for cooking and meal prep, or mood lighting for a late-night snack or movie night.

Kitchen Island

On the island, six drawers—two sets of three 30-inch drawers—face the sink, providing generous storage for utensils, towels, food-storage items and small kitchen essentials.

And take a look below those drawers. We’ve included a purposeful recessed toe kick, allowing you to stand comfortably closer to the island without your feet bumping into the cabinetry. It may seem like a small detail, but when you’re prepping food, cleaning up or spending time working at the island, that extra foot room makes a noticeable difference. It’s one of those thoughtful design choices you may not immediately see—but you’ll appreciate every day.

On the opposite side, facing the stove, you’ll find a 39-inch-wide bank of three additional drawers—perfect for baking sheets, pans, cookware and everything you want within easy reach while cooking.

And because we love symmetry almost as much as we love storage, we’ve added another 39-inch-wide bank of three drawers on the table side of the island. Think of these as your set-the-table drawers—the perfect place for placemats, napkins, serving utensils, trivets and all those little things you want to grab without walking back through the kitchen.

The front of the island has hidden storage. Note: this is from house #6170 and your layout with dishwasher, pantry door, kitchen sink and size of window will differ.
The front of the island has hidden storage. Note: this is from house #6170 and your layout with dishwasher, pantry door, kitchen sink and size of window will differ.

We haven’t forgotten the front of the island.

It’s just as functional, with four doors opening to shallow storage—perfect for keeping less frequently used items organized, accessible and out of sight. Decorative end panels finish both sides of the island, adding another custom detail that makes the cabinetry feel more like beautifully crafted furniture.

That’s 12 drawers plus hidden storage in one beautifully designed island. Because a kitchen shouldn’t just look incredible—it should make everyday life easier.

You’re welcome.

Butler’s Pantry

(a.k.a. “Mama’s Hideaway”)

Ahhh… the most amazing part of the house! This isn’t your exact Butlers pantry but it will be very similar. Yours will have different tile and Oak Craftsman trim—but you’ll have that same fabulous reeded glass pantry door!
Ahhh… the most amazing part of the house! This isn’t your exact Butlers pantry but it will be very similar. Yours will have different tile and Oak Craftsman trim—but you’ll have that same fabulous reeded glass pantry door!

Our very first Butler’s Pantry in a standard plan — and we couldn’t be more excited! This space completely changes how you’ll use your kitchen. Imagine keeping your main kitchen spotless while moving all the meal prep, cooking, and baking behind the scenes.

When we first designed this feature, it was affectionately called “Mama’s Hideaway” — and honestly, the name stuck because it fits. With lots of window space, you could absolutely pull up a chair, gaze out at your backyard, and call it your private retreat. But let’s be real… it’s also the perfect spot to let your crock pot work its magic or line up your cookie sheets for baking — all while your main kitchen stays photo-ready. This additona has quickly become our most popular home feature.

You’ll find six drawers below the window for everything from utensils to baking tools, plus base cabinets on each side for storing larger appliances out of sight. Two upper cabinets provide even more storage for pantry staples.

Across from the window wall, open shelves wrap around the perimeter, giving you plenty of space for food storage — and yes, we thought of everything: outlets are built right into the shelving (four total) along with a USB outlet just in case you turn this into a true “Mama’s Hideaway” and want to charge your phone while you relax.

We’ve even added an outlet to the back wall specifically with your vacuum in mind—a convenient, out-of-the-way location that makes plugging in for quick cleanups easy without searching for an available outlet. It’s a small detail, but that’s exactly the point: we think about how you’ll actually live in your home.

So what does an extraordinary pantry need? An entrance that makes a statement! The door to your pantry will be a SL-80 door Oak door with full length reeded glass (shown above). The design lets natural light from the pantry window flow through, keeping the area bright and making the space feel even larger and more open and ties the whole space together beautifully.

With four overhead lights, this entire space is bright, functional, and ready for anything — from a coffee bar to meal prep central. It’s one of those designs that just makes sense. See the genius now?

Master Suite

Bathroom

This is your shower other than your shower head will be extended (see shower head below). And the hand wand will be the one shown on the right (it's easier to move).
This is your shower other than your shower head will be extended (see shower head below). And the hand wand will be the one shown on the right (it's easier to move).

Let’s start with your huge Onyx shower in Glacier—a soft off-white with subtle swirls that gives the space a beautiful, timeless look. At an impressive 72" x 42", this shower is comfortably large enough for two, with the Onyx extending all the way to the top of the wall for a clean, finished look and easy maintenance.

We’ve upgraded your shower with the Moen Verso 7" Rainshower featuring the Infiniti™ Dial. Rather than limiting you to a few preset spray settings, the Infiniti Dial lets you smoothly adjust the balance of water pressure and coverage—from a more concentrated, invigorating spray to a broad, relaxing rainshower and everything in between.

We want you to have an elevated shower experience, and we believe that should extend to every feature. That’s why we’ve also added an extended shower arm (not pictured), positioning the oversized shower head farther away from the wall and more comfortably over you. This gives you more room to stand beneath the spray and allows the water to fall more naturally, creating a true rainshower experience.

We think of everything—even the extra few inches that can make your shower experience that much better. And that attention to detail continues throughout the shower. Along with your upgraded 7" Moen Verso Rainshower, we’ve added a handheld wand conveniently positioned on the side wall, giving you even more flexibility. Use it to clean the shower, bathe the dog, rinse off without washing your hair, or enjoy a comfortable shower while seated. Every feature has a purpose, working together to create a shower that feels elevated, thoughtful and exceptionally functional.

Far left: Moen Gibson single handle bathroom faucets. Center left: Moen 7" Verso Infitini dial shower head and Genta trim kit for master. Center Right: upgraded handheld shower for master. Right: Bath #1 Moen Gibson tub/shower.
Far left: Moen Gibson single handle bathroom faucets. Center left: Moen 7" Verso Infitini dial shower head and Genta trim kit for master. Center Right: upgraded handheld shower for master. Right: Bath #1 Moen Gibson tub/shower.

Even better, the shower head and handheld wand operate independently, each with its own control. Unlike a typical shower where both fixtures share one temperature setting, each person can choose the water temperature that’s comfortable for them. In a shower this large, that effectively creates two separate showering stations—one with the overhead shower and one with the handheld.

It also adds flexibility as your needs change over time. The side-mounted handheld can be used comfortably while seated, with its own water and temperature control within reach, making the shower more accommodating without making it look or feel like an accessible shower.

It’s a feature designed for how you live today, while quietly making the shower more functional for the future.

The built-in bench is wide and sturdy — perfect for sitting, shaving, or just taking a quiet moment to unwind. Behind the bench, a 4-inch ledge offers the ideal spot for shampoos and soaps, while an extra-wide shower caddy on the back wall adds even more convenient storage. It’s not just a shower — it’s your private retreat (we’ll call this Retreat #2).

Your double vanities feature a sleek 72-inch Onyx solid-surface top, providing ample counter space for two. Beside them, a built-in linen cabinet offers 18 inches of storage with drawers below — perfect for keeping towels and everyday essentials neatly tucked away.

There is plenty of LED lighting in this bathroom — two disk lights over the shower, one in the main area, and two three-bulb LED fixtures above the vanities. Together, they provide bright, even light that’s sure to wake you up in the morning and help you face your day. All the lights are conveniently controlled by a single switch, so when you’re ready to start your morning — your bathroom is, too. All disk lights are adjustable in hue, so if you prefer a softer, more calming atmosphere over the shower, it’s easily done.

You’ll even have USB outlets on each side of the bed, so you can plug in your phone without hunting for an outlet or fighting over a charger. :) This room is wired a ceiling fan to be installed on site by others.

Primary Closet

Another first—and one we’re genuinely excited about—your primary closet now includes a custom-designed built-in dresser with five deep drawers and a beautiful wood top. We designed this piece specifically for the space, giving you generous drawer storage without taking up valuable room in your bedroom.

All five drawers are intentionally deep, providing plenty of space for folded clothing, accessories and, of course, all those socks that somehow keep multiplying. The wood top also gives you a convenient surface for everyday items while adding a warm, furniture-like finish to the closet.

It’s one more way we’re taking storage up a notch—making your closet work harder, keeping your bedroom less cluttered and giving everything a place before you even move in.

Along the back wall, double hanging poles run the full width of the closet so you can make the most of every inch. You’ll also get our new shoe shelf detail, with lower shelves designed for shoes and upper shelves spaced just right for folded items like sweaters or jeans. It's a simple, smart upgrade that adds everyday convenience and keeps your space neat and tidy.

✨ The closet includes a motion-activated light, so it automatically turns on as soon as you walk in — your home is already working for you, even when you’re just waking up. You’ll also find your Wi-Fi adapter located here for convenient access. The space is well lit with three LED disk lights, ensuring everything is bright and easy to see.

Laundry and Butlers pantry color palette. Express Colby doors in Accessible Beige. Same White Raku gassy tile as the kitchen and Cambra Quartz countertops in Whitendale.

Whether you’re a farmer or simply someone who appreciates a well-organized space, this laundry room delivers both beauty and function. A convenient half bath is tucked inside, so after working outdoors you can clean up without tracking dirt through the rest of the home. As a thoughtful touch, two built-in shelves sit beside the toilet — perfect for keeping essentials like towels, soaps, and extra paper supplies within reach. And we added a USB outlet, so you can charge your phone (ya know incase of emergencies or if you need a place to hide away and stay connected).

Everyone loves a deep sink, and here you’ll have one centered under a large window, letting in plenty of natural light. The Moen pull-down Genta sprayer faucet matches your kitchen faucet — because we don’t cut corners, even in the utility spaces. Six drawers below and cabinets above provide generous storage for everything from laundry detergents to extra linens. Make no mistake this is a luxury laundry room with lots of space you will want to show off to... well any and everyone!

This is from house #6170 however it looks just like yours! The only difference is that the tile will not go behind the washer and dryer. Behind that door is your 1/2 bath.
This is from house #6170 however it looks just like yours! The only difference is that the tile will not go behind the washer and dryer. Behind that door is your 1/2 bath.

We also got detailed with the finishes. If you select Emser Raku tile, you’ll see the same beautiful vertical-and-horizontal layout here, wrapping around the window for a cohesive, high-end look. The tile continues all the way behind the washer and dryer up to the ceiling, making clean-up easier and giving the entire space a designer finish. A shelf and hanging pole above the washer and dryer make it easy to hang clothes straight from the machine or air-dry delicate items.

You’ll even have a 42-inch bench with cubbies — perfect for hanging coats, sitting down to pull on your boots or shoes, or storing backpacks and everyday gear. The laundry room features the BLANCO QUATRUS Laundry Sink, chosen for its generous depth and exceptional durability. The large basin easily handles soaking garments, rinsing muddy boots, washing pet bowls, or tackling any cleanup task that needs a little extra space.

Crafted from premium stainless steel, it resists stains, rust, and everyday wear while maintaining a clean, modern look. It’s another thoughtful detail that makes this hardworking space more functional for everyday living.

✨ With five LED disk lights, this area stays bright and functional. And just outside the half bath, you’ll find a USB outlet beside the sink, adding a simple convenience that makes everyday living even easier, that is if you don't want to use the hidden one in the bathroom (we got your back).

Windows

The windows in this home are Pella Lifestyle® casement windows stained to match your woodwork and white on the exterior, perfectly complementing the Oak Craftsman trim and adding a sense of architectural depth. The rich wood detail creates a rustic, complete look that instantly elevates every room — adding that subtle wow factor and timeless charm.

Casement windows are an ideal choice for homes in high-wind areas, as they seal tightly when closed and open outward to catch breezes when you want fresh air. Unlike sliding windows, casements provide an uninterrupted, full-pane view, allowing natural light to pour in without dividing lines.

Trim/Doors

One of the signature details that define the quality of a Wardcraft home is our Craftsman trim, finished in a clean, timeless white. Paired with our SL-20 Oak 2 panel solid core doors.

That thoughtful use of wood continues throughout the home — from the Oak-wrapped bathroom mirrors to the Oak bench in the laundry, creating a seamless sense of craftsmanship and cohesion. Each space feels connected, intentional, and beautifully balanced — the kind of detail that defines a Wardcraft home.

Enjoy 3-foot door openings throughout this home — including the front door, exterior door from laundry. laundry to hallway, primary bedroom, bath #1 & #2, the primary walk-in closet, and the butler’s pantry. These wider doors make everyday life easier in so many ways. Moving furniture in and out is simpler, carrying laundry baskets or boxes takes less effort, and the extra width provides better accessibility for anyone using a wheelchair, walker, or stroller. It’s one of those thoughtful details that makes your home more comfortable, functional, and ready for whatever the future holds.

Electrical

We’ve outlined each electrical section with this symbol.

Anywhere you see ✨, you’ll find details about the lighting, outlets, and switches designed to make your home as functional as it is beautiful.

Rest easy we have taken care of it. Every light in this home has been carefully and intentionally placed. The result is a home that feels bright and welcoming during the day and warm and inviting in the evening. Thoughtful lighting placement enhances function, creates ambiance, and highlights the craftsmanship that makes this home truly special.

We know how important it is for homeowners to control their lighting, whether bright for cooking or soft for a relaxed evening. That’s why we thoughtfully designed this home with dimmers for the pendants/kitchen, and living room lights, allowing you to set the ambiance that feels just right.

The LED lights throughout the kitchen, dining, and living room are fully adjustable—shift from a cozy 2700K warm glow to crisp 5000K daylight, and dim them all the way down to 5%, including the pendants. It’s these small, intentional details, like adjustable lighting and individualized dimmers, that make a Wardcraft home exceptional. You'll also get upgraded rocker switches and outlets throughout your home.

We’ve even included the electrical layout on the floorplan PDF pages so you can see for yourself just how thoughtfully every switch, outlet and light has been planned. And we didn’t simply rely on a drawing. We’ve walked through completed homes, tested switch locations and paid attention to how you naturally move through each space—making sure the lights turn on where you instinctively expect them to and the switches are where they make the most sense.

That attention to detail extends to the fixtures themselves. Every outlet is Decora-style and every light switch is a modern rocker switch, creating a cleaner, more contemporary look throughout your home.

Planning where a light turns on may seem like a small thing—until you live with a switch that’s in the wrong place every single day. That’s why these details matter to us. In fact, they mattered enough that I got on a plane and traveled to walk through completed homes myself, testing the layout and looking at each space through the eyes of the person who will eventually live there.

Because if I wouldn’t want something designed that way in my own home, I don’t want it designed that way in yours.

Light Fixtures

Kichler Barrington lights. Left: Vanity, Center: Chandelier and right 3 island pendants.

The home has been thoughtfully designed down to the details, and the lighting is no exception. We’ve selected coordinating Kichler Barrington fixtures for their timeless style, trusted quality and the way they complement the finishes throughout your home.

Look closely and you’ll notice another intentional design connection. The rectangular backplates on the vanity lights repeat the clean, linear look of the Moen bathroom fixtures and accessories, rather than introducing contrasting round shapes. That repetition of straight lines carries throughout the space, helping the lighting, plumbing fixtures and accessories feel like they were designed to belong together.

It’s a subtle detail—but those are exactly the details that give a home a cohesive, thoughtfully designed finish.

These are throughout your kitchen and living room on dimmers. They are also in your bathrooms, closets, laundry and pantry.

These thoughtful touches make it easy to stay organized and keep everything within reach.

When I say we’ve thought of everything, it’s practical little details like these that make everyday life easier.
