For laminate countertops you must choose a to mount sink, for Quartz you must choose an undermount sink. Some sinks can fuction as both. Note: items are placed in order of cost.
Default Specs
At Wardcraft, our default specs(*) set a higher bar than other builders' "standard" offerings. These are the premium choices we include automatically if you don't specify otherwise, ensuring a higher quality build from the start. For instance, our default 18 guage Kohler stainless steel sink goes beyond the basic double bowl 22 or 23 guage, which are thinner and less durable.

Warranty: Kohler sinks and Moen faucets come with a Lifetime Limited Warranty for as long as the orginal consumer owns their home.
Designer Tips: For sinks a single bowl is the current trend offering uniterrupted space, versitle use and it is easier to clean. For faucets chrome is the least expensive however the finish you choose for your home has a large impact on the overall look. For this reason we choose black in all our inventory homes. This is one area where a little cost goes a long way on the overall appeal of your home.
