Standard Specs

Sherwin Williams Painters Edge in Pure White Flat is standard. With Pro Classic in White for trim. Upgrades are available to Sherwin Williams Duration in White Heron and City Loft in Flat only.

Pure White – SW 7005

A bright, versatile white with a subtle warmth that keeps it from feeling stark.

Designer’s Take
A timeless foundation that pairs beautifully with nearly any finish, allowing cabinetry, tile, and architectural details to stand out.

Cabinet Stain Pairings
Goes with them all. Best choice for any orange leaning stain such as Chestnut, Russet, Sienna and Briarwood.

White Heron – SW 7627

A creamy, light color that brightens a space while feeling soft and inviting.

Designer’s Take
A beautiful light neutral that works effortlessly throughout the entire home. White Heron creates a calm, soothing backdrop and pairs especially well with warmer finishes.The subtle violet undertone also allows it to pair beautifully with Warm Pewter (SW 9572), making it easy to introduce your own personalization later—even with slightly cooler accent colors.

Cabinet Stain Pairings
Brown Sepia, Almond, Frontier, and Mocha, allowing those richer tones to stand out while maintaining a balanced, timeless palette.

City Loft – SW 7631

A soft neutral with warm off-white with beige and red undertones.

Designer’s Take
A versatile greige neutral that is slightly deeper than White Heron. While Sherwin-Williams describes warmer undertones, in most interiors City Loft reads more balanced and slightly cooler, making it a beautiful bridge between warm wood finishes and cooler accents.

Cabinet Stain Pairings
It pairs well with cabinet stains such as Frontier, Mocha, and Almond, and works especially well with Stone and Driftwood for a more modern palette.
