2x10 finger-jointed Douglas Fir floor joist with 2x10 rim joist
Upgrade: 2 1/2" I-joist by 9 1/2" I-joist
3/4" tongue and groove OSB subfloor glued and nailed with 8d adhesive-coated nails
Underfloor system includes 8x10 I-beam with adjustable post jacks
Upgrade: 30lb I-beam
