Wardcraft offers single handle Moen faucets to ease of use.
Faucet Finishes: Choose from Chrome, Brushed Nickle and Black. If you are seeking the most cost effective option then you'll want Chrome, Black is the most expensive but not that much more than Brushed Nickle so go with what fits your style.
Bathroom Vanities: Choose from Onyx or Quartz. Onyx lavatories offer a sleek, modern look with durable, easy-to-clean surfaces in a variety of styles and colors. Our standard is white with a white bowl. However you can choose the same bowl color as the vanity, or a white bowl. If you have Quartz on your other surfaces you may want to add it in the bathroom based on what fits your budget and overall design asthetic. This summer we will have photos of Quartz in a bathroom for you.
Benefits of Onyx: Onyx products remain clean with minimal efforts. A simple weekly cleaning is often more than enough to keep a shower or vanity top looking new. Most household cleaners work well with Onyx. Just be sure that the cleaner is non-abrasive (no grit in the cleaner). A surface protectant (similar to Rain-X on a windshield) will keep water spots and deposits from forming. Onyx is made in Kansas.
Benefits of Cambria Quartz: A Cambria quartz bathroom vanity top looks elegant. With its nonabsorbent nature, Cambria resists mold, mildew, and bacteria—ideal for this heavily wet space. It’s even easy to clean, so you can forget about scrubbing for good. Cambria is made in Minnesota.
Accessories: Pair these in black or brushed nickel with coordinating faucets and light fixures, listed. One has a circular base while the other is square.
Designer Tip: Moen black GIbson faucets and Onyx all white sink and vanity. Combined these are a timeless choice. Though an onyx colored vanity might fit your style now, will it in 10-25 years? This is a surface you will never have to change for the lifetime of your home thus keep that in mind when choosing colors.
Warranties
Moen: Lifetime Limited Warranty for as long as the orginal consumer owns their home.
Onyx: Guaranteed Forever. If it ever fails, Onyx will either provide you with a new item or refund the cost.
Cambria Quartz: Transferable full Lifetime Warranty.
Default Specs
At Wardcraft, our default specs(*) set a higher bar than other builders' "standard" offerings. These are the premium choices we include automatically if you don't specify otherwise, ensuring a higher quality build from the start. For instance, our default faucets go beyond the basic two-handle chrome models often seen as standard.
