Vs 10' tall you will get 12"3" and 13" of length in bedrooms #2 and 3. You'll also gain 10 sq ft in your master bedroom. This kitchen gives you an angled bar. You can easily change the 2 shelves in the linen in to a pantry.
Add another window in bedrooms #2 & #3 of for more light. You'll have a walk-in closet in. your master and an easy pass through from the laundry in to your master bath. With a nicely sized linen closet. Don't forget when designing. your kitchen to specify if you would like drawers or doors in the cabinets.
