Bathroom Faucets
Both Moen and Delta faucets have a lifetime warranty. Faucets are categorized according to price. Letter “A” is standard, and letters “B” through “E” are optional in ascending order according to price. Wardcraft offers low-flow lavatory faucets with water-saving aerators standard, which use up to 32% less water. Low flow showerheads are available at no additional charge. All optional faucets are ADA compliant.

WaterSense
All lavatory faucets shown meet WaterSense criteria. This label makes it easy for consumers to recognize products that save water without sacrificing performance or quality. In just one year this program saved 9.3 billion gallons of water and 1 billion kWh while helping consumers realize more than $55 million in water and sewer bill savings.

Low-Flow Faucets
Eco-Performance aerators restrict flow from the standard 2.2-2.5 gpm to 1.5 gpm-1.75 gpm, effectively using 32% less water while providing the feel of 2.2-2.5 gpm.

Toilets
Elongated bowls are standard. Dual flush toilets are available, conserving water by allowing you to choose between 0.8 and 1.6 gallons per flush.

ADA
Design your bathroom with a 5' turning radius for wheelchairs. Include a handicap stool, grab bars, roll-under vanity, wheelchair-accessible shower, and an adjustable height and removable showerhead.

MAAX Showers:
MAAX not only uses more resin, less fillers and 1" fiberglass strands in its made-by-hand showers, but the company also hand rolls its fiberglass to reduce the risk of bubbles and cracking. Standard showers and tub/showers are fiberglass, optional acrylic models are available.
