Trim Choices

Interior and exterior trim work accentuates your home and reflects your personal style. Our standard interior trim is a modern Colonial style, painted white; with Colonial Oak and Pine trim as popular upgrades. Craftsman style trim is available in four rich natural wood options including Pine, Knotty Pine, Oak and Alder. Popular ways to dress up the outside of your home include exterior window wrap and corner board details; Additionally our Craftsman style exterior features add shingles in gable ends with a parting band, and bands at the floor levels to complete the package. Exterior trim shingles are available in natural cedar or painted James Hardie.

Window Trim Options: Colonial style trim is available in Oak or Pine, standard or upgrade sizes. Craftsman style trim is available in Pine, Knotty Pine, Alder or Oak. Vinyl windows feature white window sills (not shown).


Soffit & Fascia

Standard steel fascia and vented aluminum soffit in your choice of white or sandtone.	Optional James Hardie, vented soffit with 1x6 Miratec fascia in sandtone color. Custom colors are available painted on-site by others.	Optional vented Fir soffit shown with cedar fascia. Cedar fascia is available in 1x6, rough sawn 2x thickness and double-step fascia (shown).
