Wardcraft Homes builds high performance homes with ENERGY STAR specs and GREEN building practices. Should you choose "traditional construction" specs the ENERGY STAR features will be ommited and the initial cost savings will passed on to you. Tradtional construction homes will not qualify for an energy mortgage.
