Wardcraft, one of the
Midwest’s largest modular custom home builders since 1971,
is looking for builders in all of the states we currently built in: Colorado, Kansas, Nebraska, Wyoming, Idaho, Nevada, California, Montana, North Dakota, South Dakota, Arizona, Utah, New Mexico and parts of Iowa, Missouri and Oklahoma.
Applicants must be willing to build 8 homes a year, have a minimum of 3 years general contracting experience, a satisfactory credit rating, must carry general liability insurance and have qualified references. Financial background must be approved by Wardcraft. Computer experience extremely helpful specifically knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and the ability to navigate a company database.
